Latihan Industri Part lll

Assalamualaikum...

Maaf lambat update untuk entry kali ni..untuk pengetahuan korang, aku da hampir 2 bulan sambung praktikal kat syarikat marketing yang terletak di Taman Damai Utama, Puchong. Produk utama syarikat ni adalah kitchen ware. Keje 6 hari seminggu, elaun pulak RM700 sebulan..mana nak cari woo.Kami agak bizi dengan task2 yang dipertanggungjawabkan. Agak hepi keje kat sini sebab ofismate sume baik2 tapi agak penat sebab terlalu banyak task yang perlu disiapkan.

Oh lupa pulak nak cakap..syarikat ni 100% milik cina, staf dia pon majoriti chinese. Cara keje orang cina ni memang langsung tak sama nga cara keje orang melayu. Cer korang bayangkan, aku kena siapkan beberapa keje dalam satu masa yang agak singkat! mana nak cari bahan, mana nak discuss, mana nak fikir..express sungguh la chinese ni buat keje..kekadang stress aku bila selalu disua2kan dengan keje yang pelbagai. Task yang diberi pulak memang mencabar..

Kami kat sini diselia oleh seorang penyelia & seorang mentor. Kami dilatih untuk bekerja dengan menggunakan otak, maksudnya apa2 task yang diberi mestilah menggunakan buah fikiran sendiri..kat sini kami mesti berfikir & banyak guna akal untuk menyelesaikan tugasan yang diberi. Task yang terdahulu belum siap, da dapat task baru pastu nak kena siapkan cepat! adoi..memang tertekan

During my internship I was assigned with several job tasks to complete and report the outcome of the task to my supervisor. The first day of my internship at HCR Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd still fresh in my mind as this is the first time I attached to a company after almost for 4 years of studies. For the first time I do not have much ideas about how the company will assign task to me and I have question in my mind that am I in the right place to do my internship after what happened at DayaFasih Sdn Bhd before.

Aha skema giler kot blogging guna bahasa omputeh neh! tapi xpe, aku nak blatih wat report kat sini..mane taw kot2 leh cilok ke nanti..haha..baiklah, teruskan pembacaan anda..

However I convinced myself that there are no arguments after I enroll myself to the company. The first day I introduce myself to my supervisor and all staff at Home Care. During my first day I was given a small welcome message and advisory from my supervisor on how to adopt the new environment. I’m happy to get to know with the new people and I start my day with an easy task. I help other staff to complete key in data.

At here I get a task such key in the data, translation the article, make paper work for event, make proposal to university, make mini museum, recording the cooking demo to make movie maker, send message to customer used mobile communicator, handle cooking class, make company profile about Jaafar Production, packaging product, make blog for Jaafar Production and need to handle it, scan Jaafar Onn recipe book to make eBook, fill out the form of consignment, convert article from pdf to word and others task.

Besides that I also was appointed to be the leader for a month. This is intended to train myself to be able to manage the group and know what to do as a leader. This is a very enriching experience for me because through this appointment, I can learn about responsibility as a leader.

At Home Care I can learn and know about many things that I didn’t know before this. At here also I had the opportunity to learn and gain invaluable experience. I also have the opportunity to interact with different characters and different ranks of society and can learn about the business.
